My Story

There was a time when I lived in survival mode.

I was overwhelmed, over-performing, and constantly abandoning myself to meet the expectations of others. My nervous system was shot. My soul was aching. I was successful on paper — but I felt lost inside.

The turning point came when I realized I didn’t need to choose between peace and purpose, or between healing and ambition. I could have all of it. I could become all of me.

Now, I help others do the same.
